Chitkara University has been ranked among the top universities in India by many organisations because of its spectacular success since its inception. The University is renowned for its beautiful campus sight, amazing curriculum, infrastructure and the placements opportunities it provides. If I mention about CSE programme, Enrolling yourself in Chitkara can become one of the best decisions of your life for your further studies. Talking specifically about the curriculum then a practical, hands-on learning experience through practical teaching is provided to the graduates of Chitkara by the CSE department faculty. Chandigarh Group of Colleges is a lot better choice in comparison to Chtikara University any day and anytime.
The campus has better facilities with more of international exposure and more of the extra-curricular activities to get yourself involved in and certainly the thing that you have been waiting for the most, better placements.
The training and placement cell is very responsible and trains its students to get through placement interviews.
The best thing about the college is that it also gives you an opportunity to do an international internship but you need to have a decent academics and a good profile to fetch that.

Hi,When it comes to evaluating the two colleges based on placement parameters, I think there is not much difference between the two with almost same placement companies, package range and, mass recruitment happening in them. But yes when it comes to curriculum of the two, there is a huge difference between the two as CGC yet follows curriculum of PTU which is age old and hardly updated as per real time industry needs whereas Chitkara University offers a curriculum and exposure to syllabus which is up to date with the industry demand with a nice and appreciable inclination towards practical knowledge than theoretical cramming.

It had cutting edge technology computer labs with focus on Data engineering, Cloud computing, System development, Engineered Software, etc. which are latest with more focus on Research.
