Which college is better for BE in CSE: Chitkara University or Chandigarh University (CU)?

Hi Dear, Well both are private universities and both are doing good work and serving education across the country. To analyse any university there are such parameters on what basis you can compare two three or maybe more than that. These are as follows: # world class Infrastructure ( It doesnot means huge buildings only). # Industry based Curriculum. # Research work and patents. # Technical certifications along with and within the course fee. Results of versatile Industrial tie-ups. # Highly qualified and experienced faculty. # Diversity in the Campus. Is there Students from all the states and UTs along with International students are on the campus. This would lead to the world class exposure. # Holistic and Inclusive growth is expected, when you are studying at any campus. # Is there a Support for the new startups of young coming Entrepreneurs. # Best infrastructure for witnessing and practising Sports and Cultural activities/events. # Do they have good Libraries. # Do they have Remarkable placement record. I am well aware of these features that LPU is definitely serving to the students across the country and even students from overseas are showing interest and belief in LPU. These are those parameters which can flourish the career of prospective students. All the best for your future.

As per my knowledge, Both the Universities are doing good But for B.Tech CSE I would suggest you to Join Lovely Professional University. LPU is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Lately, number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. My cousin Brother has completed B.Tech CSE from this University, He got placed in Amazon with handsome package, Reviews are pretty good, Ill share my points with all of you. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. I am saying this because my younger brother has already completed B.Tech CSE from Lovely Professional University and currently he is working with amazon. His experience at LPU was amazing. He has discussed placements, exposure, academics etc. Honestly speaking, the quality of education provided at any of the universities in India has been standardized by the autonomous body called University Grants Commission (UGC). It is just a matter of public opinion that sometimes condemns a university while over-hyping another. Of course, few other factors, such as the university intake of good candidates and the output of taught, trained, and efficient candidates who get successful placements during the course of the past couple of years, matter, of course, but lets get to that a while later. In regards to the stream concentric study of Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at Lovely Professional University, it is undoubtedly a very good idea. The faculty at the CSE department of LPU is just as qualified as any of the popular universities and institutes of India that offer this discipline names I don't even need to say! It has produced perfectly efficient computer engineers in the past couple of years who have eventually landed salary packages as high as 42 LPA! Over the past couple of years, the department has seen a rise in the number of students taking admission in the stream. Due to this, the competition between students within the department has increased, and this has indirectly improved the overall performances of the batch as a whole. Without mentioning unrealistic figures, I am going to say that the students graduating from the CSE branch at LPU get placed more often than any other department from the same university. I am sure both of them must be doing very good as per their capabilities, but LPU is miles ahead of both of them based on its stellar record in curriculum development, exposure, professional enhancement, teaching pedagogy, professional enhancement, international exposure, industry interface, infrastructure, faculty members, diversity of students, co- curricular activities, community development and placements.

Hi, Both the colleges are very good colleges. CU is very newly established. Chitkara University has a support of very experienced and tech updated faculty. It holds infrastructure that gives students a global outlook.it provides a great environment for students with innovative ideas. It provides incubation facilities and peer mentoring and for placements Average starting package is around 3.5 lacs. Large number of companies visit the campus for placements and the salary packages vary from 3.5 to even above 20lacs for some companies. Both Google and Amazon visited the campus offering hefty salary packages,mass recruiter like Infosys you'll probably get around 3.4 lakh per annum , on the other hand companies like Amazon, Flipkart are ready to offer around 24-25 lakh per annum .What package you get totally depends on what kind of a skill set you have and Chanigarh University also holds very impressive placements records in CSE. CU is well known in entire North India for the remarkable placements. Top companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Deloitte, Cognizant, Volvo Eicher, Mahindra & Mahindra, IBM and many more visit campus every year for the placement drive.So, choose according to your interest. From the placements perspective, both are almost equally good options to go with (currently, Chitkara University at lead). From the curriculum and placements and real-time experience perspective- Chitkara University is a sure shot answer to a bright future and career.
