Heritage is better in terms of infrastructure and college life. In terms of placements, both are okay. Both are private colleges and I think heritage is a good option for CSE. -
As you must know, both of these colleges are private and comes under WBUT (now MAKAUT). So, everything like semester duration, exams will same in both of these colleges. It totally depends on your interest that in which college you are more comfortable. The placement in both the colleges for CSE is almost same and companies are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. The infrastructure of IEM is zero and there is no such campus. You will find a single building besides main road. There is no canteen in the campus, so you need to go for roadside food, which is very unhygienic.
