    Chandigarh University is the best option as here you have a hope that you get campus selection after your 4-years as Chandigarh University is private college so they call company for placement unlike government colleges that doesn't think about this.
    So, you should join Chandigarh University.

    To be honest, I don't know much about Bengal College of Engineering and Technology (BCET) in Durgapur, West Bengal. But I can definitely talk about Chandigarh University (CU) since my real sister studied there, and I've seen firsthand how their CSE programme works.
