    NIT, Trichy has been ranked one among the NITs for a while now whereas NIT, Surathkal is said to be in top 3 but its position keeps on fluctuating. If we see the MHRD ranking for engineering colleges NIT, Trichy stands at 11th while NIT, Warangal stands at 22nd rank. Coming to the CSE department, the curriculum of both the colleges is similar.
