Which college is better for engineering among SIES and Ramrao Adhik (D. Y. Patil)?

In terms of just purely placements, RAIT is a bit better. But, when it comes to all round education and a good crowd, SIES is way better than RAIT. -
SIES-GST is an AICTE approved college and affiliated to the University of Mumbai. It is a NBA and NAAC B+ grade accredited college. While RAIT is also NAAC "A" grade accredited college and also have NIRF ranking 151-200 group band. Further, RAIT have 11th ranking as per Times Engineering ranking among the 140 top engineering colleges. So, my choice is Ramarao Adik Institute of Technology (RAIT).
