    ITM Gurgaon which is now known as The Northcap University is best for engineering in computer Science. The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is one of the core departments of NorthCap University.     Hi,ITM is the best college in all the colleges you have mentioned above, as this college is best in terms of placements and also this college has the best faculty in comparison of all these colleges.

    Both colleges are good, but Deen Bandhu chotu ram university, Murthal is better than ITM Gurgaon because it is a government college and have good placement record.
    So go for the crust murthal .

No, it's not possible to get admission to Bachelor's in Technology BTech Computer Science Engineering branch in DCRUST or YMCA Faridabad with this rank, because these colleges have competitive ranks and high cutoffs also Computer Science Engineering branch is very demanding and high cutoff branch. You can expect any other colleges which offers B.Tech at Computer Science Engineering or any other low cutoff branches like Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering and Electrical engineering in other colleges to pursue Btech.
