Yes RIIM Pune is worth it if you are thinking to join because the fees of this college are low as compared to other colleges. If you are looking for a college on a budget with Good ROI, Placement, and academics then RIIM, Pune is the best option. They provide 500+ hours of employability program, certifications in digital marketing, Business Analytics by IIM, Advance Excel, etc. 100+ guest lectures, 16+ industrial visits summer, and winter Internships, etc. Their highest placement is 12L and the average placement is 6L. Their Recruiters are Capgemini, ITC, CCD, BNY Mellon, Deloitte, BOSE, JKTyre, Decathlon, Data Bridge, Indiamart, IDFC

HR is a stream where finding good paying jobs isnt very easy and thus, choosing the right college is essential. The market cap is mostly taken up by XLRI and other bigger colleges. Therefore, out of the two you have given, I would suggest, DY Patil is a better choice.
