Thapar stands out because of its strong research culture, modern labs, funded projects, and active Chemistry & Biochemistry department with significant research output and infrastructure. VIT is also a good option with decent academics and research opportunities, but for pure Chemistry, I feel Thapa

Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology is also a good choice, especially if you're looking for better infrastructure and industry exposure.
VIT University is decent too,
Upvote I do go with Thapar. A friend did M.Sc there and had a good experience with faculty and research exposure. VIT is also good, but personally I'd rank it Thapar > VIT > Banasthali for M.Sc Chemistry.
