GIBS provides PGDM which is equivalent to MBA. GIBS Bangalore offers specialised programs that are well suited if you want the broadest possible career options and the blend of skills necessary for certain niche careers. Management degrees at GIBS offer you many options to specialize and combine interests. The greatest advantage of these programs is their flexibility; along with specializations, you have a broad range of elective subjects, so you can essentially custom-build your own qualification.

Roles are also quite practical — management trainee, business development, marketing executive, HR executive, financial analyst, operations roles, and even strategy or analyst profiles depending on your skills. As a student, what I really like about the GIBS IRE / GIBS Talks Podcast is that almost every week we get to see something new. There's always a fresh speaker, a new industry voice, or a different kind of session, so it never feels repetitive.

Recently, the episode with Mr. Deepak Saini (Co-founder & CEO, Sahaj Gaming) stood out — very real talk about startups, mindset, mistakes, and how things actually work outside college. No heavy theory, just honest experiences.

The best part is that these sessions and podcasts are continuously happening. Every week or so, there's another guest, another perspective, and another learning moment. As
