You should definitely go for LM Thapar School of Management. It has been successful in creating a new breed of managers who are equipped with appropriate armour to face the realities and complexities of the twenty-first century. They follow a lateral hiring process which provides recruiters and students ample time to find their best fit. Students get the opportunity to identify themselves with company philosophies, recruitment strategies and talent requirements, thus making an informed decision on their career choice. Last year their highest salary package went up to INR 25 lacs. Looking at present scenario and kind of education colleges provide, I would say LMTSM would be a better option.

For MBA, I think LM Thapar School of management is best amongst the others. LMTSM is ranked in Top 3% of B-Schools in India as per NIRF rankings 2017 by MHRD, government.
