which college is better for MBA - SCMS(kochi) or VIT(vellore) ??

SCMS is a relatively new generation autonomous business school in Kerala.The association of Indian Universities (AIU), Govt. of India, has recognized PGDM of SCMS-COCHIN as equivalent to MBA of Indian Universities. SCMS is also NBA accredited. SCMS offers PG Diploma (full time/part time) in the following areas with seat distribution as showown : General Management - 180 Seats Insurance and Banking - 60 Seats Retailing and Merchandising - 60 Seats VIT, Vellore is one of the oldest well established deemed Universities in India and needs no further mention VIT offers MBA programmes including International Business stream and five year integrated courses for +2. If your tastes do not belong to the streams offered by SCMS, and you would like to have an MBA, VIT, Vellore would be a good choice. But if you do not wish to stay away from home and you hail from Kochi and if you are willing to sacrifice MBA for staying home, then SCMS may be preferred. SCMS do offer campus placements.
