    It depends, for which AIIMS you are asking for. If you are asking for the best college between JIPMER and AIIMS, New Delhi, then no doubt AIIMS is superior in both the rank and educational level.     If you are comparing other AIIMS like AIIMS Bhubaneshwar, AIIMS Jodhpur, then JIPMER can give a fight in both ranking wise and education wise.
