Dear Survi,
The choice of college for BCom depends a lot on your 12th class percentage and your city of residence.
If I talk about the scenario in Delhi, the competition is very stiff. Most colleges of Delhi University will consider Best of 4 including English. We are expecting the lowest cut-off
