Which college is better for mechanical engineering among LPU, GLA and Amity University?

Hi, I was always fascinated to SEE the go kart championship at LPU. Such an awesome experience to be a part of the exuberant crowd. Looking at your query I had an opportunity to speak with one of my friends who graduated from this course that left me saying wow! Let me share their reviews. The school has well qualified and experienced faculty members with specialisation in various fields like, Aerospace Engineering, Automobile Engineering, CAD/CAM, Engineering Design, Industrial Engineering, Machine Tool Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Metallurgy, Robotics, Thermal Engineering, etc. Student has an Automobile club under Society of Automobiles India, Under which the teams has participated in various competitions by making there vehicle in Supra SAE (Student Formula CAR), Baja SAE India, BAJA SAE USA, Efficycle. Organized International Go kart Championship which is a student initiated automotive event the first international event of its kind receiving participation from all over ASIA. Students gets hands on practice in labs and workshops like Advance machine shop, nontraditional and computer aided manufacturing laboratory, Automobile engineering Lab, IC Engine Lab, Mechanical Measurement and Metrology, Strength of Material Lab, Theory Of Machines/Dynamic Of Machines Lab, Thermal/Heat Transfer Lab, finite element methods laboratory, engineering graphics laboratory, object oriented programming laboratory, computer aided design and analysis laboratory, basic simulation laboratory, Propulsion Lab, Aerodynamics Lab, Welding Shop, Pattern Making Shop, Foundry shop, advanced design laboratory and engineering drawing lab. So far the students have been placed in the companies like Asahi Glass India Ltd. Cognizant Tech Mahindra Anglo Eastern Ship management Zycus Think and Learn Cactus Communications XL Dynamics Lava International Unisys JET Airways ELGI (Off Campus) Daikin Airconditioning Honda Voltas TATA Motors Cummins India Such an incredible experience they had been through by being a part of this course.

To answer your question I would give you very simple reason that makes me firmly believe in LPU as always a better university. I am an alumnae of LPU and had witnessed the overall system of education in there. The reason I say LPU is the BEST because in the process of Engineering the university also worked on my overall development. Whatever I am today is because of the training and learning I had it from there. The complete system of the university is as per the corporate model. Starting right from the conduction of classes, time management and ums, deadlines and assignment submissions, club activities, student engagement programs, hackathons and competitions. It all boosted our overall development. LPU lays focus on Research & Development, Industrial Tie-Ups, Live Projects, International Exposure, Start ups, Placements and definitely overall development. Specifically in this competitive world today one needs to explore avenues in all spades. Considering these facts I found one university that strongly stands out and found pretty promising ie Lovely Professional University. Popularly known as LPU. LPU campus is a complete world in itself having more than 30000 students from 28 states of India and 3000 foreign students from more than 50 countries of the world. There is cultural diversity, mixture of emotions and this is the reason everyone tends to learn and understand each other culture and tradition prevailing in the society. Lovely Professional University provides several programs that include B.Tech, B.Tech (Hons. ), a dual degree programme for B.Tech and M.Tech and B.Tech and MBA and integrated programs like B.Tech and MBA and B.Tech and M.Tech. Here at LPU, you can get enrolled in any stream as per your interest and choice. Every year many students join the various engineering courses that are offered by LPU. Frequent guest lectures/ workshops are also organized for them by the university. , Ministry of Science Technology Advisory Monitoring Committee Meeting was held where 42 Scientists from various top universities like IITs, NITs, top Central and State Universities including (LPU) from across the country presented their research proposals. The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics Lab, research lab, postgraduate lab, aviation lab, lab for fashion designing, advance kitchen lab etc. Faculty members are highly qualified, most of the faculty members have done their Ph.D. and others are pursuing, They have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge. They are cooperative and whenever you need their help they are ready to help you out.
