Heritage Institute of Technology, being of the best engineering colleges (though Private) in West Bengal is better than Thomas Khidirpur. Mechanical Department in Heritage has a couple of highly qualified and experienced faculties who are willing to guide you with every possible way in every possible manner. The department offers a lot of learning opportunities to the students through different workshops and training. Students studying mechanical are not restricted to the branch itself. HIT-K is one of the best private engineering colleges of Kolkata. It has received the award for the same so this year. The faculty members are decent and helpful. They guide you in many ways and through various projects. The mechanical department has very good faculty members to guide you and clear your concepts. According to me, the mechanical engineering in Heritage Institute of Technology is better.
