I think IMS, Noida is better option, because it is rated in the top 10 mass communication colleges in India as per the India Today magazine. It has the 100% placement in 2016. You can log on to www.imsnoida.com for more details.

IMS-Ghaziabad has much better campus infrastructure and has more facilities as compared to IMS Noida. Then, I suggest you to go with PGDM from IMS-Ghaziabad.

The thing which comes easily is not worthy. Don't gamble, go for next MAT (December) to chase a Tier 1 college.
XIME, PUMBA, SIMSREE, Great Lakes-Chennai, IFMR, etc. First, you really need to go for a rigorous interview process to get a seat, you are not treated as a welcomed customer like other average B-Schools.

IMS, Noida will be a good option. IMS-Ghaziabad doesn't have the good infrastructure or faculty members.
