Evidently, both colleges are good. However in my opinion, IBA Bangalore would be a better option in terms of classroom experience, industry interaction and exposure to corporate life. I am a current student at ISB&M Kolkata and I can tell you that the new AICTE approved riverside campus is head and shoulders above most of the institutes I have seen in this city. As for placements, the website has a complete list of recruiters along with who was placed where with how much salary.

ISB&M, Kolkata would be my choice. An interactive method of learning which is largely experiential makes studying for the PGDM degree much more meaningful.
