ITM, Navi Mumbai is one of the top college for Human Resources. ROI is also good, and there is a dedicated team of placement cell members, who takes care of shaping the future through the right placements. They take care of providing 5 months internship in the good organization, where according to your performance you may get a PPO also. The highest package is INR 6.6 Lacs and average is INR 5.6 Lacs. It focuses on taking core decisions of HR audit, leadership, planning etc. Various activities are also there, which boosts the confidence and helps to gain knowledge as well.
