The other colleges in the question, I can't say much about them but I can surely vouch for PIBM. Because my best friend has pursued her PGDM from this college and she is now placed in a top MNC with the best package. PIBM students get the best placements because they are trained to be well prepared for the New-age job roles through - o Regular Corporate events o Training by CEOs, CFOs, and other top corporate heads who visit campus o Mock GD and PIs conducted by the Corporate Heads which boosts the confidence o Industry Visits o Live projects o Dual Internships and more.

Best is to give MAT once again to get a healthy score card, so that you can have tier I few SIMSREE, PUMBA, XIME- Blore, XIME- Kochi, IFMR, Great lakes- Chennai, BIMTECH-Noida (Retail), NIBM-Pune etc. Here are some of the parameters to choose that how to judge an average B-School: 1) Try to avoid trust in morphed media ranking (not all media), sometime it happens to promote the college brand name in student's mind. 2) Don't run or get lured by the call of 100% placement. If you are in bulk, hire and fire offers are offered. It does not make any sense to you. 3) Don't run behind INR 9.6 Lakhs CTC per annum. Always check in hand salary or take home salary. 4) Check the job profile and not the brand name. You may enjoy the service of famous bank ACIZ, but may not enjoy it as an employee, if your profile is unrealistic target based financial product sales job. 5) Try to avoid NGO Agency, as they will make gigantic promise and push you in a poor B-School to make money from the college. 6) Try to avoid the views of current students, as being a part of system. They can't criticize it or put the real pic in front of you.

I would like to give you some insights on PIBM, you can then decide- 1) There are many names but, type in google-"Prantosh Banerjee' and 'Ajit sahane' these are two of the best professors, they are best in what they do. 2) CEO's of Indian motors, Amul, IT lead, Um motors, India bulls etc. and lot more come to PIBM to attend sessions 3) Aptitude and communication classes and etc. which are not provided by others. 4) One on one interaction, group discussion on daily basis etc. 5) Training from industry leaders on regular basis. Now, it is your time to decide where you want to go, PIBM will shape you to withstand competition and you can survive any task.

Hi As per placement point of view i would suggest you location wise to go to Pune location because its a corporate hub of India, Also because of other main aspects like Safety, Weather, Opportunities, Lifestyle, Budget etc. Everything is just suitable and easily adaptable Good no of of MNC are there . i would also suggest you to go to B-school where less no of students in a batch because in a huge no you will not be able to prove your self. And I think RIIM has near about 300-400 in take in a batch so its a positive thing Unlike others they don believe in crowd. You get to prove yourself, Stand out and grab the best of opportunities Now as per your fee Budget ROI is also an important part and as per the records of RIIM Pune They have good placement records and provides you 100% ROI. My Experience with this college is very good. excellent faculty and academic they provides and many other exposure also they provides which helps a lot to shape the future.

Hey Shefali, It's a great choice if you are thinking to take admission in IMS Ghaziabad because the Institute makes their students ready for the corporate world with the plenty of skill development program like Job Readiness Enhancement Program, Talk Series, Competitions organized at national levels ,etc. The Institute introduces you with the companies Delloite, ITC, Berger paints, Asian paints and many more with the Highest package of 16.69 LPA AND Average package of 7+ LPA to the last batch(2018-2020). So, there is no reason which justifies that you are not getting worth ROI because all the opportunities are open for you now its up to the student that how productively they grab the offer and make it success for themselves.
