Sastra will provides you time for your personality development courses too. It will train everyone to face a tough situation before you appear for interviews in 4th year. Sastra is providing placements for 95% students. Rest will go for MS GATE preparation so they won't appear for interviews even. But with large student base the average package or the highest may be less. But it will provide jobs for many almost everyone studied.
