Which college is better for pursuing MBA: GIBS or Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies?

Sorry to say, I don't know about RIMS, GIBS B-School is a very good college. GIBS just uses the same brand name that is all. Most people think that GIBS-Bangalore is way out of the main campus. They promise good placement, but none of their promise are met at the end. GIBS has a separate 'Placement Department' consisted of renowned experts in various fields. As per your confusion between institutions, I would request you to kindly visit both the campuses and I am sure you will analyze the difference in terms of academics, infrastructure, placements and value-added programs. GIBS is exclusively for management studies. It is an autonomous college that offers BBA and PGDM programs. It is a well-reputed college with all the facilities. The institute provides all kinds of facilities at the college including hostels, cafeteria, conference rooms, etc. IRE and finishing school are the main attraction at GIBS. They have an excellent placement team that looks after related activities. I strongly recommend this college.
