Which college is better for pursuing PGDM in terms of faculty and placement: FOSTIIMA-Delhi or IMS-Ghaziabad?

Among these two colleges, I would suggest, you should opt for FOSTIIMA Business School and if you have good entrance score then go for Jaipuria.
