I would recommend you to opt for JIMS-Rohini, as it is the best institute in the list mentioned by you. The faculty here is very supportive as well as hard working.

I am currently pursuing PGDM-retail management from JIMS, Rohini itself and I can tell that JIMS is the best option for retail. The faculty here at JIMS is really supportive and knowledgeable. Companies like ZARA, Pantaloons, Tommy Hilfiger, Shoppers Stop, Big Bazaar (FUTURE GROUP), and Aditya Birla Group, etc. come for recruitment.

As far as BIMTECH is concerned, I am not very sure whether it offers retail management or not. But JIMS Rohini is also a good option, because this college provides all the facilities needed for getting a good corporate exposure including industrial visits, live projects and many events related to your course.

I think BIMTECH is better for retail management as compared to JIMS, Rohini, because BIMTECH provides a good exposure to industry and helps to develop your skills for the same. It provides many opportunities for placement as well and it has a very good faculty, which helps students in enhancing the skills. The infrastructure and other facilities are also very good.
