Well, that depends! Each university has its pros and cons but in this case I would suggest you to go for LPU Why? Because one thing we should keep in mind before taking admission for any course, is that the University we are choosing must provide us deep and practical knowledge of core subjects, must adopt for new technologies faster and the curriculum should be revised regularly to meet the company standard, the University environment. And then the placements also plays a very vital role in that. Keeping all these points in mind, I would say that LPU would be the best choice No doubt LPU adopts new technologies faster than anyone, they update their curriculum even after each semester by taking feedback from the students and also to meet the latest standards. LPU focuses on practical knowledge a lot, they have high tech labs and dedicated MAC lab for iOS development, each core subject has a different practical subject for it. They give you very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Try not to miss those classes they will help you in getting better placements after all, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. Certifications from industries, Hackathons and workshops, Guest lectures, Regular educational trips, Real life live projects, Community projects etc. All are essential and integral part of the curriculum. Hi Priyanshu, LPU has got a good infrastructure, better accommodation facilities and a lot of accreditation in its name. It has got well reputed faculty to teach the students and have good exposure to industry. In terms of placement records, LPU has performed very well in all the streams since past few years. As a general rule for placements, a lot more will depend upon your own hard work, communication & presentation skills and overall preparation. This would be true for any university you enroll in. So, yes, LPU provides a good platform for placements for all streams and programs. LPU has a separate department, which looks after placement opportunities. Apart from that, each school has its own placement coordinator who is responsible and actively works for not only calling companies to the campus, but also for preparing students for placements by giving them proper training. The LPU students have been successful to get a highest package of INR. 28 Lacs per annum from Amazon. The placement scenario in LPU has really strengthen year after year because of its well reputed faculty and a good placement record over the years.
