Which college is better,galgotia's or guru premsukh memorial college for engineering in info. technology(include all fields while comparing)

GPMCE is near to my house as compared to galgotia(40km). I want you to consider the crowd, placements, fee amount, faculty, etc. And is their any other clg you would like to suggest me. I am done with my polytechnic/diploma and need a lateral entry admission. IP University or UP technical university
