Hi,
I am sure that you must be clear about the best university by reading the other answers and I would suggest you the same as everyone else did. UPES-Dehradun is better than any other college. UPES offers more than 15 specialised B.Tech courses in Information Technology and Computer Science and 93% of B.Tech in CSE batch was placed successfully this year. The highest package was 14.81 LPA and the average package being 4.06 LPA. So, I think it just adds another point to why you should go to UPES and not in any other university.

Among the above mention colleges, you should definitely go for UPES University for B.Tech in CSE in terms of Placement, academic, atmosphere, campus crowd, surrounding, infrastructure, etc. Hence, go for it. All the best.
