Cu means Chandigarh or chitkara. Chandigarh university is a leading and pioneer institute. CU has HRS of big IT conglomerate on its Corporate advisory board which helps in attainment of these objectives for students. Students at CU get these packages frequently. Not only this, Students doing Csc as UG course sometimes have the option to choose from the available jobs in hand. Another salient feature is that a student after getting a job cant sit for another interview unless all others have got a job. The salient feature of Chandigarh university is its corporate advisory board. It has HRs of all major companies on board. They keep on apprising Chandigarh university about the talent requirements of future. They help in updating the syllabus according to the future requirements. All these things on anvil makes the student ready for industry. Chandigarh university is like the own university for these HRs. They obviously give preference to alumni of this university. Another important thing for the university is the cultural diversity. It helps in proper grooming of the students. There are students from 28 different states and 9 union territories. This really helps the students in being conversant in English language. It helps in grooming of students and making them fluent in English. Cultural diversity also helps in ratings of the university.
