Which college is better in terms of placement among UIET MDU Rohtak and Deenbandhu Chotu Ram, Murthal for B.Tech in CS or ECE?

DBCR Murthal is old and most recognised college of Haryana after NIT. It has good faculty, brand image and placement records. You may chose it for B.Tech CSE and ECE.

sir please tell me that can I get any stream CS or ece or mechanical or civil in this college my JEE rank obc cota is 155864 and I am residant of harayana and sir please do not suggest any site

I'll suggest you to opt for UIET for CSE or ECE as this is the best college in comparison to all the other colleges in the list, on the basis of placements, infra and faculty.
