Either give an utter most effort to CAT 80-85 to get a good college of secured and sustainabke job profile whwere u can exist properly if not possible do not judge a college by itz rranking, ctc, annual package.Try to take a linkedin tour with current college alumni and follow this
1.CTC is cost to company not your in hand salary
2. You should not get manipulated by any admission agency.
3. You should check the job profile of placed students.
4.check the in hand salary not ctc/annual package
