I think your concern is the quality of education than the salary offered or placement assistance. Please visit the websites of these two institutions to understand the curriculum, the quality of faculty, its accreditation by NAAC/NAB, etc. Talk to a few alumni of both the institutions and current students and get convinced yourself to make the right choice.

I'd prefer Maharani Women's Arts and Commerce College because they are offering an average salary package of 11.6 lakhs per annum whereas JSSATE offers 4.0 lakhs per annum.
