my upsee 2012 rank in gen category is 13000 and in OBC category is 3665. will i be able to get any govt. college. if not then which are the best private college colleges where i can get admission ( give their names in order )

If u want 2 join private collges than its better 4 u take addmistion in good collges sch as SRM,VIT,MIT,KIT & many more..
