Which college is better to pursue B.Tech civil: Lovely Professional University or R.V. College of Engineering?

LPU is best for B.Tech because of its good placement, good infrastructure and good faculty.

LPU is the best place to pursue your studies. I have experienced in LPU as a student and I learned plenty of things during my graduation. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I will highly recommended that if you really want to make your career with good level of education then you should go for LPU. When I was seeking college for admission for my graduation, I was quite confused. But after a long comparison with all relevant facts and figures I joined LPU and now I am an alumni of LPU and Decision for LPU was best decision of my life. LPU gave me extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university. It has experienced, specialised and well qualified faculty members.

Kartikeya: After the Covid-19 lockdown, the governments all over India will relax the norms for construction related activity and also increase the infrastructure outlay for next 10 to 15 years. So yes, those who will start their Civil engineering this year, will pass in 2024, by then most of the economy related problems are expected to be over on the back of government spending in infrastructure. Moreover, the salaries depend on how much you yourself develop and take from your educators. Some Universities like LPU offer this programme in unique pedagogy and industry relevant curriculum. There will be drastic changes in how this industry will work with efficiency increasing. Prefabricated walls, columns, buildings, 3-D printing, computer aided designing and everything is going to SEE a whole new system in civil engineering. The courses like ones in LPU are dynamic in nature and adapt to industry fast, takes up the latest technologies and rains the students on them. So yes, you will get a decent salary offcourse if you do the course from a good university of high repute and solid track record like IITs, BITs, LPU, VIT, etc. Do check their eligibility criteria and admission processes quickly, time is running out. First of all, I don't believe in comparisons and if you are doing so, don't compare a renowned University with a college as the vision and mission is totally different. I am not much aware of R. V. College of Engineering but can highlight what is being offered in LPU that too on the basis of feedback because in today's world, feedback plays a very important role. 1. Computer Science Engineering Programmes of LPU have been designed primarily to suit the needs of the students who aspire to be the future engineers, managers or entrepreneurs with a strong grounding in accounting and finance. 2. The stress is laid on developing analytical, communication and decision making skills of students. The students are encouraged to undertake assignments/project work from the industry and work towards finding possible solutions to integrate their theoretical knowledge with industrial practices. 3. It is worth mentioning that LPU offers department electives in computer networks, artificial intelligence, databases and information systems as well as computer programming and algorithms. In addition to this, students are exposed too the fields like cloud computing, IoT, data Science, Machine Learning, Big Data and many more. 4. In terms of placements, more than 550 companies visit every year for campus-recruitment of students from LPU. The companies which have visited as of now are: Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amdocs, Capgemini, Verizon, SAP Labs, Hitachi Power, Videocon, L&T Technology Services, Ericsson, HCL Technologies, Asahi India, Ceasefire etc. LPU believes in delivering the quality, for same, it has hired faculty from the reputed institutes like IITs, NITs. Hi Kartikeya, Lovely Professional University is one of the best institutes for engineering in the state of Punjab. So if a degree in B.Tech (Civil engineering) is what you seek, I suggest that you do consider LPU. I have sound reasons to actually make this suggestion. Actually I did MBA from Lovely Professional University but I have one friend who has done B.Tech Civil Engineering From LPU. He told me B.Tech in civil engineering course involves so much more than theoretical know-how. In addition to classroom lectures, students here learn via hands-on experiences which include site visits, lab sessions and so on. As pass out CSE student, I would recommend LPU for engineering, LPU is best for engineering colleges, as they offer tremendous placements. Unbeatable Placement Records is Now a Habit:-LPU has one of the best placement records in the whole of India and that is why students want to join LPU to get placed. Right from Google to Microsoft, LPU alumni are working with the top brands at the package of 1 crore and above. Annually, more than 450 brands come to LPU to recruit the students, where 90% of them are MNCs. Moreover, 80+ companies that recruit from IITs and NITs also recruit from LPU. There is no doubt R. v college of engineering is good for B.Tech Civil. As far as I consider LPU is much better then any other colleges because I was the CSE student of LPU so would advice you to choose LPU for engineering for better future. LPU has been ranked by NIRF among the top 100 universities of India. It has received the National Employability 2020 awards for best placements as the MNCs recruit LPUs students for top notch positions. All this is possible just because of the hard work the students and the university. Faculty of 4000 try their level best to bring laurels for students. World-class infrastructure LPU has one of the most technologically strong data centres, servers and have invested in software so that students understand what is needed. Dear Aspirant, Though both the universities are good in the field of education but being an alumni of LPU I can share information about LPU as have no detailed idea about the other college. LPU is a well renowned private university in India with 30K+ students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members. There are more than 200 programmes to choose and with a great infrastructure LPU provides all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognitions and accreditation down the lane and mark itself amongst the few of the top private universities. Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked in top 5 amongst the other universities for its placement records. So, I would prefer you to choose LPU to pursue your higher studies.
