Still There are certain parameters such as placements, infrastructure, faculty level, environment, growth etc. It a big question in the mind of a student as well as parents that what will be the offers and placement scenario of educational institute when the student will be about to complete the course. Check that your shortlisted colleges have the following: Curriculum : If at all the curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback of industry. DearSakshi, Both L. P. U. Jalandhar and JECRC Jaipur are good private institutes but for the B.Tech in CSE, I would refer to the LPU Jalandhar. My friends did B.Tech in CSE from LPU and now working in MNCs with a very good salary package. There are a few points I would like to share about why CSE is good for LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft. LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employability also. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the programme. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors.
