Which college is better to pursue B.Tech in CSE among HBTU, Kanpur and MMM, Gorakhpur?

HBTI, Kanpur is far better than MMM, Gorakhpur. HBTI is one of the top and the oldest engineering Colleges of India. HBTI has a very good reputation as well. MMM, Gorakhpur is not so popular.
