You can go for IMS as the faculty of that college are good. The crowd and infrastructure are not that fancy but you can get a good education from there.

I would ask you to take a look at the college information of IMS Ghaziabad UCC as well as the placements offered for BCA students from the link mentioned here https://www.shiksha.com/college/ims-ghaziabad-university-courses-campus-49334/placement which will definitely help to select the best suitable college for you.

From the above, you should go for Hierank, Noida. It is a better option for BCA in terms of impressive placement records, campus life, etc. Hence, Noida is the best.

Never go for Hierank. It's fee is too low but they will waste your 3 years. This college is nowhere in college ranking, placement is pathetic (highest placement for BCA and BBA was same: 2.2 lacs) that was the highest. Students are really ill mannered and so do the teachers. These are based on my personal experience.
By the both these college u mention is not good but generally IMS Noida is slightly good in compared to Hierank.
    Best of luck!

IMS Noida is far better than any other institute in NCR. It is among the top IT colleges in north India.
