Which college is better to pursue EE among NIT kurukshetra and PEC Chandigarh?

PEC has better scope in terms of career advantage or exposure. The name of PEC in the region is also popular. Of course, an NIT stands tall being an NIT - but when it comes to some things on the ground - NIT KKR hasn't been that reliable for some years.
