I would say Chandigarh University. Look at their achievements - Only second university of Punjab with NAAC A+ and 8th in North India, AIU All India Inter-university Youth festival champions in 2020, North Zone champions for two consecutive years, AIU American football champions from last three years, Limca book of record in term of placements, Industry sponsored labs and may more. All this just in few years. Great job done. Go for CU, the best option. -
