Which college is better to study B.Tech: IET or Galgotias College of Engineering?

First of all it depends upon ur AIR in JEE on the basis of which u can get admission in the top IIT's/NIT's in India. Both the institutes are good but what matter is the availability of seats. If on the basis of ur rank u get admission in the Galgotia College of Engg. U should try there .Otherwise certain other colleges/universities like Lovely professional University, PES Bangalore, SJ College of Mysore are also better options. Best of Luck
