I am not quite aware of CSE, Amity University (Raipur) but Computer Science & Engineering is an academic program at many universities which comprises scientific and engineering aspects of computing. To my advice, one must go for Computer Science and Engineering as it has been one of the most lucrative and competitive course to study since its inception in Indian engineering colleges.
