Rait-Nerul is currently growing in terms of placements. RAIT does have the placement rate of 70%.. .

Seeing current scenarios, you should consider many factors such as travel and convenience. Excluding all factors, VESIT is a better option, but RAIT is improving in terms of placements these years.

VESIT was once a popular college. But, MU has downgraded and gives irrelevant syllabus. College didn't even go for autonomy. So, since 50% syllabus is irrelevant better to go for RAIT since they won't cut your marks for not attending lectures.

For teaching and discipline, VESIT and if one wishes to study with enjoyment, he/she can go for RAIT.
