The question is very general in nature. As you are not asking for any specific course that whether MBA or B.Tech. or any other graduation or post-graduation course. PEC is mostly having engineering courses only. So it cannot be compared with other institutions. But still, if we talk about the overall ranking of these institutions, I would rank CU at first. There are numerous reasons of it. Few are the following:
CU has been accredited with the prestigious A+ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Chandigarh University has become Youngest and the only private university in India to bag an A+ grade in the first

According to the current research and analysis I recommend you Chandigarh University as it is one of a kind, growing not only in its infrastructure but also in its facilities, and placement packages, and is becoming an aspiring institution, setting the paradigm for other upcoming institutions. Moreover, Chandigarh University is near to the city's beauty, which is famous for top-notch IT companies. Well, PEC is a government college and it has a different set of rules and standards, So I am going to keep it out of the comparison. Among LPU, CU and CGC, these three private universities and CGC, a private college affiliated to CU, CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY is the best Choice !
    To rank them
    #1 CU
    #2 CGC
    #3 LPU
CU is the best choice because we get an NAAC A+ affiliated degree which makes our degrees globally valid and relevant as well. The name of the university is inspired from The City Beautiful Chandigarh, known as epitome of cultural heritage and urbanization. Very good central Library of 6 floors and huge collection of text-books and reference books. The campus has its own hospital, hotel, and a mall. This is a popular question among students who want to further their education at a reputable university. However, if I were to discuss which university you could attend for your future studies. CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY, in my opinion, is the best private university for future studies. As Asia's Fastest Growing University, Chandigarh University has made a strong name for itself in a short period of time. There are a few reasons why Chandigarh University should be considered for future studies:
Ranked by NIRF (Govt. of India) to be at rank 84.
It has been aggregated with the prestigious NAAC A+ grade.
It has been authorised by UGC, AIU and IAU

All these four Universities are doing very well in their respective zones. PEC is a Government University established in 1921, and has a long share of history to its own. Talking about others, then CU is a emerging mammoth among them. It is among Asia best and the fastest growing universities and has been awarded the prestigious A+ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). CU has coupled the experience of top industry leaders and renowned academicians and fosters a worldly approach.
