Chandigarh university is very good for CSE, the placements are very good in this department of Chandigarh university. All engineering are good at university but talking about placements CSE records more number of placement than other engineering branches The placement opportunities are very good in Chandigarh university. In the year 2021, the university improved its NIRF ranking by 18 points mainly attributed to the course & curriculum design. Chandigarh University has also earned a Diamond rating from QS IGauge. Campus Placements for the session 2021-22 saw some big names such as Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hewlett Packard, SAP Labs, Samsung, L&T, Arcesium, Wipro, Flipkart recruiting engineering students from Chandigarh University. A record number of 3750 engineering students were selected during the campus placements in which more than 240 multinational companies participated. In total there was a jump of 30% in number of total companies visiting the CU campus for campus placements of engineering students while there was jump of 70% in the number of core branch companies which selected the fresh talent.

According to me, Chandigarh University (CU) is better than CGC as it has got more reputation than CGC. Moreover, Chandigarh University has got better placements. As CU is ranked among the top private universities in India. So you can go to CU. I wish you all the best in your future endeavor.
