Which college is good for electronics and communication engineering: GNIOT, ABES or G.L Bajaj?

I would advise you to look for comfort and ease of traveling/accommodation in this case as it depends on your capacity to achieve better placements. If you don't want to decide on this basis, I would advise ABES EC (although it has a strict attendance rule). Do upvote if you like the answer.

It's obviously ABESEC. It is best in terms of academics as well as placements as compared to GL Bajaj and GNIOT.
