Which college is good for electronics and communication engineering: GNIOT, ABES or G.L Bajaj?

I would advise you to look for comfort and ease of traveling/accommodation in this case as it depends on your capacity to achieve better placements. If you don't want to decide on this basis, I would advise ABES EC (although it has a strict attendance rule). Do upvote if you like the answer. -
It's obviously ABESEC. It is best in terms of academics as well as placements as compared to GL Bajaj and GNIOT.
