Which college is good for MBA in Delhi for a specialisation in finance?
I did not attempt for CAT and MAT exam.

FMS and IMI are the only two good B-schools for pursuing MBA/PGDM in Finance. However, both consider scores of only CAT. The other B-schools (apart from these two) are not really worth taking admission; consider them only as backup.
