i think south side is better for engineering...

Definitely MD University of Rohtak is Much better than Manav Rachna International university. as Private deemed University like Manav rachna Seriously have no value in Market. and in 2010 Government has taken Very Serious Action against Theses type of private deemed Universities Which Includes Manav
