    HI
I have good idea of SRM, Manipal & VIT, as I have had many of friends who pursued their B.Tech CSE in these reputed institutions and are well placed and doing well in their life.It is upto the candidate to decide where you want to study keeping in mind the fee structure and any other factor that may bother you like nearness from home, etc. All those 3 colleges have great infrastructure and good tie-ups for campus placements.

Firstly, I will suggest you to do research on this on your own rather than listening to others. All colleges are good in all terms. According to me the ranking is:
    1.SRM
    2.VIT
    3.MANIPAL
    4.AMRITA
But remember, SRM fee is very high and all other colleges have the same fee structure. Choose that one college whose fee is payable by you (all 4 years). Infrastructure, placements and faculty should be good but SRM, Chennai has more placements than other.

For all the facilities that you have mentioned above, the only best college is SRM, you can easily choose this college as this is the only college that can provide you with all the things that you have mentioned above.
