I am not much aware of other colleges, but many of my friends have done their MBA/PGDM from PIBM. And they only have praises for this B-school. As far as I know, they have unique training methods updated and designed as per the industry requirements.
Its training DNA include :

PIBM Pune is the best college in India for PGDM and MBA program. In terms of placements, Over the last decade, PIBM has 98% of a placement record, and the rest 2% are confident enough in their own business. The highest package offered at PIBM is 17 LPA and 6.5 LPA is the average package. PIBM students also get international exposure.
