The cut off ranks for popular engineering colleges are higher compared to less popular colleges. The cut off ranks for top colleges such as JNTU College of Engineering Hyderabad, Osmania University College of Engineering, and Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology are usually in the range of 5000 to 10000.

A rank between 1 to 5,000 is considered to be a very good score in TS EAMCET 2023 engineering exam. The qualifying mark for general/ OBC candidates is 40 marks out of 160. However, there are no specified qualifying marks for the SC/ ST candidates.
