The ranking of LPU is at no 12 among all government and private architecture institutions in India. In engineering the rank of LPU is 66. I have couple of friends in engineering block .Following are the highlights: 1.Contemporary Curriculum: The curriculum is always updated s time to time changes are done so to keep up face with the market. The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics Lab, research lab, postgraduate lab, aviation lab, lab for fashion designing, advance kitchen lab etc. 2.Professonal Enhancement: PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester covering: Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning) Quantitative Aptitude Skills Technical Aptitude Skills Presentations and Soft Skills Mock Exercises (Mock Interviews, GDs, Mock Tests, etc.) 3. Industry Immersion : There are various tie ups as well as industry visits by the company into the university that students get a real time exposure. 4.Industrial Visits : It is organized to nearby construction sites from time to time. I can help you with this Gaurav, but first of all you should be very clear, as to which location you would like to be based at. The locations you have chosen cover three different regions I. e. Phagwara in Punjab, Noida and Ghaziabad in either Delhi NCR or U. P. It is important to understand that all the above-mentioned Colleges or Universities are the best on their respective domains but to chose a course B.Tech in electronics and communication engineering, one must give importance to course curriculum, pedagogy and placements and for that, I believe LPU is the best place for B.Tech. I will highlight some of the features : 1) The faculty, the infrastructure, and other facilities are excellent. 2) The placements are 100%, and the preparation begins from the very first year. 3) More than twelve Centers of Excellence established by reputable companies like Automation Anyware, Texas Instruments, CISCO, SAP, Cadence, etc. 4) There is an innovation studio in LPU where students can work on their ideas. It's not just that placements are great here but also the campus life, infrastructure, crowd, exposure, diversity, etc. All these factors combined make LPU a very wise choice when looking for B.Tech in CSE. It is ranked in the TOP 100 in the NIRF rankings by MHRD, government. Of India. Around 600 companies visit LPU every year and not just this, maximum students sitting in the placement drive are placed making the placement drive here one of the most successful and a proclaiming thing. Here are some of the things that I like about LPU: 1. LPU follows an innovative teaching methodology helping the students to have a very strong understanding of the syllabus. 2. Problem-based learning is followed by allowing the students to explore real-world problems and challenges to solve different kinds of problems. 3. Students are exposed to higher-order problem-solving skills by making them part of competitive programming events like Codechef, Hackerrank, Topcoder, and other coding platforms. Honestly speaking, if you work on your coding skills and gain a very good command over it, the salary package is nothing for you to worry about.
